The follow-up care and rehabilitation department (SSR) is made up of two doctors specialising in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and a general practitioner whose role is to work with you to draw up your rehabilitation programme and monitor it on a daily basis. They will keep you informed of your state of health and coordinate with the clinic's various professionals to ensure that you receive the best possible care.
If members of your family and/or friends wish to meet the practitioners, they can request an appointment by telephone.

Rehabilitation is provided by a multidisciplinary team on hand to support and accompany you throughout your stay:
A social worker is on hand 4 mornings a week to help you set up administrative procedures and resolve any social, administrative or financial difficulties you may have during your stay.
Other staff are on hand to help you make the most of your stay at the clinic (medical secretary, chiropodist, hairdresser....).
