Our CSR policy

CSR

Staff & Practitioners For its staff and practitioners

  • Effectively support our teams through local management and optimal working conditions
  • Ensuring the employability and development of our talent in all its diversity

Care For the excellence of care at the service of its territory

  • Guaranteeing the quality of our care in optimal safety conditions
  • Improving our territorial impact through the environmental, economic and cultural development of the territories where we operate

Purchase Towards responsible purchasing

  • Integrate environmental and social criteria into our choice of suppliers
  • Changing purchasing practices to reconcile economic performance and CSR challenges

Environmental performance Towards environmental performance

  • Contribute to the fight against global warming by reducing our energy consumption
  • Improving our environmental impact by reducing and recycling our waste production

Our extra-financial performance statement

CSR is a systemic approach that aims for socially equitable, environmentally sustainable and economically viable development. Only the commitment of all will enable us to meet our decarbonisation challenges.

In 2024, Almaviva will continue its progress thanks to the performance levers published in 2023 by the Ministry of Health in its ecological planning of the health system and by the High Authority for Health in its health-environment roadmap.

Many local initiatives of ecological transformation, led by its staff and practitioners, form the commitment of Almaviva. These initiatives, part of its quality culture, reflect the wishes shared by its patients and shareholders. They are echoing the projects undertaken by its suppliers and partners.

Almaviva is committed to the ecological transition of the health system with kindness and responsiveness.
