Founded by the CORTI family and acquired by the Almaviva Santé Group of private clinics in June 2007, the Clinique Chantecler specialises in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, urology and functional rehabilitation. Originally located in Marseille city centre, it has been established in the 12th arrondissement, in the east of Marseille, since 1973.
In addition to the above-mentioned centres of excellence, the Clinique Chantecler is also a local facility offering a range of specialities (digestive surgery, hand surgery, ENT, endoscopy, stomatology, dermatology, endocrinology and vascular surgery).
The Clinique Chantecler also has a workshop for the manufacture of orthopaedic appliances, the "HOURADOU-LAGARRIGUE Orthopédie" Prosthetic Centre. In rehabilitation, it offers a multidisciplinary approach to disability management (rehabilitation doctor, physiotherapist, prosthetist, orthotic applicator, social worker), enabling constant medical monitoring and the rapid completion of the various adjustments and alterations required to ensure that the appliance fits properly. The "HOURADOU-LAGARRIGUE Orthopédie" Prosthetic Centre makes all types of major orthotic devices, using both modern technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and high-performance materials such as composites (carbon fibre).
