World Blood Donor Day (WBDD) is held every year on 14 June. Its aim is to thank the donors and volunteers who contribute throughout the year, and to encourage new people to come and give blood for the first time. We're counting on you!
Today, no medicine can replace human blood.
All blood types are concerned.

What you need to know to give blood:
- Be aged between 18 and 70 and weigh at least 50kg.
- Don't come on an empty stomach, and keep well hydrated.
- For first-time donors, please bring proof of identity.
