Want to get away from it all for a day and forget about your illness? Alone or accompanied, come and take part in a friendly sporting experience by taking part in the 2022 edition of the "ROSE" regattas: SUNDAY 9 OCTOBER 2022 .

To markOctoberRose , the SOS CANCER DU SEIN association is offering a day's racing at sea for women affected by breast or gynaecological cancer. The event is a solidarity regatta organised as part ofOctoberRose by the SOS CANCER DU SEIN association to raise awareness and draw attention to breast cancer screening.

PROGRAMME

9.00am : Welcome at the Cercle Nautique du Touristique du Lacydon in the Vieux Port (Quai Marcel Pagnol) with breakfast and distribution of a magnificent polo shirt.

11.00am : The start of the regatta with all the boats at sea. And don't forget to bring your lunch, which will be served on board with your team-mates and your friendly captain.

16:00: Musical return to the Vieux Port of Marseille. There will also be a tombola, a cocktail reception and a prize-giving ceremony to round off this wonderful day.

Bring good shoes, sunglasses, a fleece and a windbreaker just in case.

CONDITIONS

- The regatta is free of charge.

- A medical certificate less than one year old stating that you are not contraindicated in competitive sailing must be attached to your registration in order to obtain the daily sailing licence offered by the FFV, which is compulsory for the regatta.

From the A50: Take exit 5 "aéroport Marignane/Aix-en-Provence/Fos-sur-Mer/La Penne-sur-Huveaune/Saint Menet/La Valentine", continue towards La Valentine, then take the avenue "des peintres roux", the clinic is on your left.

From the A7: Take the "Belle de Mai/Cinq-Avenue" exit and join the Viaduc de Plombières/D4C. Turn left towards Malpassé/La Rose, then left towards Aubagne/Toulon/La Valentine/St Barnabé. Continue along Avenue des Olives towards La Valentine, with the clinic on your right.
